Horrible colouring despite calibrated images being better

The pictures I provided were checked on a calibrated monitor. The pictures that were printed were MUCH darker, losing all detail. This makes them effectively useless.

I would VERY MUCH desire a paid preview service that prints the picture on paper and sends it by mail, so you can preview the puzzle on say A5. That allows you to check the colours. Now I just lost 90 euros due to the fact I trusted them to print what they show on a reliable monitor and forgot to order a small puzzle first.

For the rest: quality puzzles, well delivered (+1 star). But useless.
