Thought we were very happy with the work that this company had done with our solar panels cleaning we asked them back to seal our guttering which they did but when we had the rain a few weeks later water kept leaking from our gutters. When I sent a polite email to say that the sealant had not worked. At 20.05 I got a phone call saying he will damage my property in the middle of the night because he knows I’m disabled and he thinks I can be bullied he ranted at me on the phone for over 30 minutes but I’m not scared of these people but older people might be . All I wanted was for someone to come and look at the work. But instead I got this threatening verbal abuse which has left my wife very scared in case they do what they threatened do on the phone. I will be reporting this issue to the police because everything that was said was on loud speaker and our friends witnessed everything that was threatened on the phone and could see the distress it caused us. When we go to bed I struggle to sleep in case he carries out his threats.

Someone from this company was driving like an absolute idiot on the roads , sat on his phone and didn’t even realise we were there! Reg plate FN12 VLX

Emailed PVCleaners asking for a qoutation to clean 6 solar panels, they responded with prompt professional responses to my queries and offered multiple time slots to suit my needs.

They arrived promptly on time on the set date, they were courteous and all the equipment ready to go.
The solar panels were heavily soiled with bird droppings and dust, they cleaned them quickly and efficiently. The panels look brand new again.
100% recommend this company and will be using them again in the future for cleaning my solar panels.

Fast, efficient, professional, friendly service at reasonable price. Alex cleaned 16 solar panels and our conservatory roof in three hours and did a great job. Very pleased to have discovered them after a dodgy experience with others.

Our solar panels were really dirty: covered with usual muck and sticky blobs of seagull poops.
After the cleaning, the rear of the house looked fantastic and you could see how sparkling clean the panels were.

When I received my exceptionally good quote for cleaning 8 solar panels from lichen, I did wonder whether it was a scam trying to get my 20% deposit money. How wrong I was. The service provided by Alex was excellent and courteous. He beavered away to make my panels look like new. Into the bargain he made sure my guttering and down pipe was clean and running free. They will definitely be on my list for Solars, gutters and roof cleaning in future.

PV Cleaners provided a prompt and efficient service. Alex their operative was helpful and efficient.All in all an excellent service.

Disappointing, the first job they did at my property was a reasonable standard and had no issues. They were very helpful and did a good job. The second time they came to fit mesh around the solar panel for bird protection. Unfortunately a bird was trapped under the panel and could not get out. PV suggested that the bird was not there when they fitted the panel. In both scenario if the bird was under the roof prior or gained access to the roof through the mesh - both scenarios would indicate an ineffective method/job at bird prevention. Unfortunately in communicating this to PV cleaners, the response was not forthcoming. I would approach any work with this company in future with caution and make sure you are around to inspect the quality of work.

Terrible service and professionalism. Cancelled initial appointment at the last minute. Didn't turn up for the revised appointment. No call or apology. Came up with lame excuses and argued they were 'professional '. Disappointing

Nice enough guy turned up but left the job half done. No one interested in coming out to see it.

Alex was excellent. The cleaning of 19 panels was very professional and Alex was very hard working. He was polite and very hard working. I was a pleasure to recommend him and and his Company

Alex cleaned my 14 panel installation today, they now look like they did when I first had them installed, he also cleaned out my gutters. His attention to detail is excellent and is a very pleasant and polite person.
I would definitley recommend this company and will use them again.

Alex cleaned our panels and gutters and did a great job. He was extremely hard working and diligent and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We had our solar panels cleaned today by Alex who has done an excellent job. He arrived later than expected but kept in touch to advise us of the delay. A very pleasant young man who hardly stopped for a moment during the time he was here.

Very pleased with the company, the work was to a good standard, workman was profesional and polite and on time, no mess left behind and the panels look great, all for a compedetive price. No complaints at all.

A very professional job, they came as requested and left the panels looking sparkling compared to the dull condition they were in. The job was done some six months ago and the panels still look good (mine are over 10 years old!).
I will be looking for another clean next year.
