From the initial consultation to installation of roof panels and battery, I have been so happy with PV Online. Jacob sold me the system and gave me valuable information that many others had failed to mention. The tradies were kind and seemed a very happy and exacting crew. They really did go above and beyond repairing old nail holes in the roof, an aging switchboard and other problems that come with a 150-year-old house. Marlon, the boss, was so lovely to deal with. And I was happy with the price. The whole job took two days.
I have no hesitation in recommending.

I found the whole experience quite painless. Marlon gave me a quote and explained the system. He was very easy to deal with, the quote was excellent and I was told they could fit the system within 2 weeks. He explained that they usually fit systems 4 days a week with one day for fixing any problems. This was to have a customer satisfaction focus.

My Goodwe ESA system was actually fitted within a week. The tradesperson was Jeffrey and he did a very neat job. He also explained everything that he did and why it was required.

Marlon then commissioned the system where he made sure everything was working and explained the app. He assured me if I had any problems to contact him.
