With the latest Roland Large-Format Inkjet Printers, We continue to improve the quality of our signs products, all are designed, printed and made by hand here in our production suite in Bacup. All are weatherproof, suitable for Indoor, Outdoor, upside down, inside out almost anywhere you would like. So PWDIRECT , Packaging Warehouse, Vital Signs, Auctionpax , which ever name you recognise we are all and the same, we are twenty years in the making and going as strong today as we were twenty years ago, although in some ways hardly recognisable, still holding true to our core beliefs GREAT QUALITY, GREAT PRODUCTS, GREAT SERVICE all with a personal touch and definitely not a faceless company , just there to take your money!

Very good service.
I bought some items recently and when they arrived by mail they had been severely damaged in transit.
I brought to their attention and without a moment's hesitation they offered to send replacement despite the fact it was not really their fault. That's what I call good customer care!

I've dropped a star because I had intended to buy some custom signs as well but, unlike other sites, the way to define what I wanted seemed far too clunky and likely to be misinterpreted. Given the custom sign editor didn't allow me to see the artwork I would get, and it said I was responsible for any mistakes, I wasn't prepared to risk it.

We had our temporary shop signs printed by PWDirect in Bacup, Rossendale and they were brilliant from start to finish. I placed the order and the signs were ready in no time. They gave really helpful advice on the shop signage design and materials and the quality of the finished signs is spot on. We’ll definitely be going back to PWDirect for more printed banners, shop front signs and our full shop signage in Bacup.
