I’d like to start by thanking Mr. Vladislav for his patience, hard work, the time he devoted to us, his assistance at every stage, and simply his kindness throughout this difficult time. Our collaboration began in August 2024 after we encountered some difficulties. This company was recommended to us by ALC; they are their IT partners. After we emailed them, their manager, Maxim, contacted us—probably within 20 minutes. After clarifying the details, we were immediately transferred to Vladislav, who scheduled a consultation for us that very same day, outside of business hours due to its importance. I’ll say right away that first impressions can be deceiving. I saw a young man, even though based on our correspondence I had expected to see someone my own age—that moment still sticks in my mind. The call lasted over an hour, and even halfway through the conversation, it was clear that despite his young age, Vladislav possessed an impressive understanding of the intricacies of cybersecurity, particularly in working with large organizations and managing access within them. After finalizing the details, a contract was sent to us within two business days. The contract was signed in mid-August, and the company began work. Two employees, Maxim and Ivan, were in constant contact with us and kindly kept us informed about the current status of the SOW. After a year, our contract was completed on time; we received the finished product and the additional services we had ordered from the company. They fully fulfilled the first MSA. A new MSA for SOC provision and weekly audits was signed a month later and is set to expire in April 2026. The company insisted that we not disclose pricing details or other key points. We can offer a slightly more general review: we have never encountered such flawless work before. We didn’t encounter a single incident during our entire time working with them and didn’t have a single Medium or Critical alert in our SIEM. Their real-time response systems truly outperform the competition in some respects. This review could be even longer, as I have plenty to say. But I think this is detailed enough to convey my satisfaction with working with them. Unfortunately, however, the company did not renew our contract this month, citing certain circumstances, and notified us 90 days prior to its expiration. We are currently looking for other providers of the same caliber. I, as well as Mr. Matej, Mr. Pavel, Mr. Zoltan, and our IT team, enjoyed working with the company. Their team did an excellent job conducting the training for our 170 employees. Some of them participated remotely, and they made sure we had a group chat so everyone could be heard. It was wonderful. After the mindfulness course for employees with our head of IT, they began developing an IR plan. On behalf of my colleague Omar, I’d like to add that they have “excellent, in-depth knowledge.” The only thing I didn’t like was the prices… just kidding. after an incident we started to search for company who will help with ir and temp soc solution. our sds partners was sent us to this company with explain that they're good at ir and pir. first contact was on 9 march we described all details to them and they asked some time. at 10 march we received detailed plan and started internal approval for it. march 11 we signed contract and till 13th of march they completed in full all obligations. they can speak in czech but report was in english not bad but as remark. result is more that good.

Signal and SimpleX support is crazy when everyone using WhatsApp. For example our business critically refusing using WhatsApp because we connected with some government agencies. From the start it making atmosphere of security and understanding privacy of correspondence. About job, they have girl who speak Hungarian it's big big plus for them and we're feel more free because mainly we don't speak English. They took care about our Python project and very fast implemented encryption of data fields with generally no cost for CPU resource and around 6% degradation on speed only. From the start we was asked them to provide general consultation and after they offered us free review of our project. We received short AI and human summary with findings what our current AI scanner didn't find, it make sense to ask them to do this scan if it's free like for us! Review took around 20-30 minutes. They been free to talk on this time to not waste it just for waiting it's cool. Atmosphere been warm and very friendly. After review they offered to sign NDA details we can't discuss but they really prepared for any case) Next steps of developing and analyzing our current project what connected with government service was with products what we cannot describe but they allowed us to watch it in live to correct processes. It fast and only few small changes what was not necessary but their developer was fixed it fast. We think it cost it, they offered discount to use their beta but we not trust fully to air so we selected air+human analyze and development. At that moment we not expected that all things will go so fast it really surprised me and our company personally. So much products they not publishing. For my department they also offerer some unlisted products. It's only one problem that they not publish what they have and very low at media but we see that they not waste time and have what to do. My recommendations to everyone to hire them for development and audit. P.S: they also good at products for influencers!!!!
