What is better than excellent service because that award goes to PW Repairs. I had an omega given to me by my parents over 40 years ago. About 20 years ago it broke. Omega said they could not repair it and so it sat in my drawer for 20 years until I thought about seeing if it could be repaired. Two repairers in Lewes had about ten goes without any luck and gave up as the watch still kept stopping and losing time. I came to PR Repairs and they had a go and had the same problems in trying to repair the watch. The difference is that they then didn't give up. They kept testing and eventually found the fault in a broken circuit board and then they spent ages scouring the country to find a replacement. I now have a watch that I thought was beyond repair working perfectly again. Amazing service and lovely people. They have my 100% Plus recommendation. Well done Kelly and your team!
