Exemplary customer service
Whilst some problems inevitably occur when purchasing online, the true test of a company is its willingness and ability to listen to the customer and to rectify any problems which might occur in an efficient and speedy manner.
I have to say that the customer service I received from Project X Adventures was exemplary.
George went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my purchase.
I will no doubt be ordering from them again.

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience, ordered a scouts jumper for my daughter and it arrived fairly quickly with free delivery.
Packaging was very nice and ethical and received a lovely post card from George at PXA.

Happy with scout shirt just glad I wasn't in a rush. Appreciated the free shipping on such a small order even with the 2-14 days delivery window as a consequence. I rated 4 stars only on the basis I emailed then telephoned to get an update on dispatch after 10 days but no response from either method. The package arrived within the next couple of days. Would order again.
