Misleading sales tactics and terrible customer service

Saw an ad for their clothes on IG. Went to their website and saw a shirt with an “On Sale” graphic over it and below it they had the price $48 crossed out and next to it, it said $36+. Also let me state that the ad had a photo of a model that was a man wearing the shirt that was on sale. I checked out and paid for it, not realizing they charged me the $48 instead of the $36.

I messaged them that they accidentally overcharged me and got a response pretty quickly. They said men’s shirts were $48 and women’s were $36 and that I’m the only one that’s ever brought it up before. So I explain to them how this feels misleading. I asked them to clarify if it was on sale and they came back and said only the women’s was on sell and that I should know that because there’s a plus sign next to the $36. What?!?! That makes no sense.

So before I can write them back they cancel my order without my permission. I asked them why they would do that and they respond with a 3 paragraph email explaining to me that they’re not going to argue with me because it’s Friday and they’re trying to watch a movie with their family. Then ended with “Sorry you’re confused”

What scam artist is this company and who treats their customers like this?!? Do not buy from this company!

Bought one of the enamel mugs from…

Bought one of the enamel mugs from these guys. It is a little pricy for a mug, but the design is really nice & has lasted well, its been nearly a year since i got it now & the art hasnt faded at all.

If your looking for a fun little gift & dont mind spending a little more, go for it.
