The support on Pyngo is second to none. Simple to use, a great community. Just a lovely experience, start to finish.

The staff are so lovely, personal shout out to Courts for helping us so much even when she was busy to secure tickets, and King Penguin of course for being so helpful and accommodating and giving us tips and tricks on how to increase our chances of getting tickets! I would highly recommend Pyngo to anyone 😊

I’ve been using Pyngo on and off for about a year now, and my only regret is not discovering it sooner.

Beyond the detailed and user-friendly search for your favourite shows, what truly sets Pyngo apart is the community. It’s a space full of genuine music enthusiasts who are eager to help one another - being part of it is both exciting and inspiring. You can learn so much and also contribute by helping others.

I also want to highlight that I managed to get face-value tickets for some incredibly high-demand shows, including Oasis last year and Harry Styles’ One Night Only show in Manchester this year - something that simply wouldn’t have been possible without the Pyngo team.

On top of that, their customer service is a solid 10/10. Whether I had questions about purchasing, subscriptions, or just needed advice, they were always responsive, helpful, and genuinely supportive.

What I appreciate the most is that Pyngo is clearly built with real fans in mind - helping people get tickets at fair prices while actively pushing back against bots and inflated resale markets.

For that alone, Pyngo will always have a special place in my heart.

A really great service. In a market that feels like it’s constantly being taken over by scalpers and bots, Pyngo is a total breath of fresh air.

What really sets them apart isn’t just the tech, it’s the community spirit. You can tell the team genuinely cares about getting tickets into the hands of real fans at face-value.

I managed to get tickets to many sold out events in Dublin, including Fred Again & Olivia Dean. The administrators are also very responsive to any queries you may have.

Don’t waste your money.
Since paying for this Ive had several alerts but these come a couple of minutes AFTER Twickets alerts so tickets have already gone.
Complete & utter waste of money and it does not work as advertised.

Managed to get Electric Picnic tickets after not getting them in the general sale.
This is my fourth time using Pyngo and have no issues!
You know its super safe because you purchase directly from Ticketmaster.

Wish I’d heard of Pyngo sooner! Managed to get 2 Electric Picnic tickets two days after joining. Absolutely delighted as had given up all hope of getting any. Very easy and straightforward to use too, and this is coming from someone who has never been on Discord and useless at all things tech. Highly highly recommended. Thanks, Pyngo!

Pyngo is a genuine rare gem that made my biggest dream come true just before the year ended. I’m beyond appreciative of their honest, trustworthy support for real fans who are desperately trying to secure tickets to the gigs and events they love especially after lightning fast sellouts and the temptation to pay several times face value on so-called “official” resale platforms.

I’m fully committed to supporting this organisation going forward, and for the first time in years, I feel hopeful again as a concert-goer after almost giving up on getting tickets in the chaos we call London.

Amazing experience

I got a ticket to Fred Again in Dublin when it was all sold-out. The demand was crazy for resales but Pyngo got the job done. Great group chat too, helping everyone, 10/10 recommend! Shoutout to KP!
