Hard agree with the other reviews here. Ordered a pair of pants on August 10th after seeing all the adverts on social media and didn't TP prior (my mistake). Figured a local Australian brand would be the way to go.
It's now been 12 business days since placing my order and I have not heard a thing from PYRA. The tracking number I received does not work on Aus Post. I reached out PYRA via their info@ email address today and hope I get a response, however, judging by the other reviews here, I'm doubtful.

I'm not one to write reviews, but this truly has been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had (the only order I've ever placed that hasn't arrived and I have no way of checking on it's progress).

I would reconsider purchasing from PYRA.

My review is almost word-for-word the same experience as the below 1-star reviews. Ordered over a month ago. Have been dealing with an AI service agent that provides generic answers only. PYRA issued a tracking number that was never valid and remains so. They constantly shift delivery dates and their promises of future communication are never upheld. Truly the worst ecommerce experience I've had in the past 5-years.

These guys are trying to scale their business beyond their capabilities and it's breaking. I see now they're trying to raise shares via crowd-funding - big red flag. Avoid at all costs.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Pyra Elements. I placed my order over a month ago and still haven’t received it.

The most frustrating part has been the customer service. Every time I’ve contacted them, I’ve been given another estimated delivery date, only for that date to pass and the order still not arrive. I’ve now been given multiple dates and not one of them has been met.

I understand that shipping delays can happen, but the lack of reliable communication and the constant changing of delivery dates is extremely frustrating. If there is a genuine delay, customers should be given an honest and accurate update rather than repeatedly being told a new date that ultimately means nothing.

After waiting more than a month for an order and receiving such poor customer service, I can’t recommend Pyra Elements based on my experience. I hope they improve their communication and fulfilment because this has been a very disappointing experience.

I am extremely disappointed with this company.

I placed my order on June 23, 2026, and weeks later I still haven't received my order. Even more frustrating is the incredibly slow communication. Getting a response takes far too long, and when a reply finally arrives, there is still no clear information or solution.

As a customer, I understand that delays can happen. What is unacceptable is the lack of proactive communication and the feeling that you constantly have to chase updates yourself.

At this point I cannot recommend this company. If you value reliable delivery and professional customer service, you may want to think twice before ordering here.
