Pyrotec quite simply go above and beyond for their customers. From the moment we agreed a contract Pyrotec stepped in and supported ahead of the start date due to the previous supplier cancelling services before the contract end date.
Since then they gave been instrumental in aiding the College improve it's detection and monitoring. With the assistance Dean Costar (our dedicated account manager) has provided we have now been able to significantly plan and begin implementing key improvements across the estate.
The service reports are exceptional in that they use a RAG system to help us prioritise urgent works to maintain compliance.
The staff go above and beyond to accomodate service users request for specific times for working alongside other providers for task such as Interfacing.
Engineers are very knowledgeable across a range of systems (addressable, conventional, wireless and Drax) friendly and will provide all details on their service reports as well whilst onsite. In the event of emergency they also have very fast response times.
I also applaude how they work alongside other contractors and build rapport to minimise disruption (as part of the upgrade previously mentioned) Dean assisted by consulting with the college's appointed electricians to take the hassle away from myself trying to arrange visits with both parties.
Along with our Fire Alarm we have also moved our access control to Pyrotec who have demonstrated the same level of service and professionalism. Particularly in making an accommodation block more accessible to users with mobility concerns.
If you are serious in compliance and safety, Pyrotec are by far one of best service providers I have encountered. Everything you need and more comes as as standard.
