Actually my experience with your company started at the trade show in NYC in August. the staff there were very helpful and kind. The quality of your merchandise is great. The materials arrived packaged very well.
I absolutely loved the updates via email regarding what was going on with the order. Unfortunately, the delay was much greater then I imagined. I ordered in August and the boxes arrived in December. I am pleased that I was not left in the dark as to when it would arrive. We will be ordering from Qalara again.

Awesome Qalara Experience
Pros: The product I received was top quality, they were very prompt in communicating with me every update, the quality inspections done and the fact that I didn’t have to worry about tax upon arrival and they took care of it all made things really nice. I’m a small business owner in Australia starting out and am really happy I went with Qalara, 100% would recommend them!
Cons: the website can be really slow and malfunction at times, and I preferred to pay earlier then they would accept
