Battery Case is cheap and broken

The device is accurate. The casing is terrible. It’s supposed to “turn on” when you unwrap it. The battery casing opening broke/chipped in the first few uses. It is now taped closed and has to be un-taped, closed again, and reopened again. Often several times. A dear friend has the exact same experience

Need support and there is no one left…

Need support and there is no one left in the company. Don't buy this product, the company is dead, gone and no pulse being reported on any of their products!

Oximeter and blood pressure monitor failed, scale no longer connects with apple health

The oximeter failed within one year, the blood pressure monitor failed within 2 years and I had also purchased the scale that connected with the internet. I can no longer connect with quardio via the app and while the scale still works it no longer connects to the internet and does not connect with apple health anymore. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

Like others - no support

Like others, no support available. My device will no longer charge, and I am willing to pay for a repair. I tried to contact them through their media channel but no success. I actually think they are breaching several laws in the EU in respect to right to repair guidelines. I would not recommend any products from this company given their zero support policy.

I bought a qardio arm due to heart…

I bought a qardio arm due to heart issues and now no support and can’t even use device, I’m meant to see cardiologist in a week and give him report from device and yet I can’t, I can’t afford a new device and this is another example of taking advantage of sick or financially struggling families or individuals, I hope my heart fails and it’s blamed on them , I’m so angry I will burn my device

The QardioArm app has disappeared from…

The QardioArm app has disappeared from the Apple App store. Once your apple phone updates the app disappears and cannot be replaced. Qardio appears to be bankrupt and out of business and the support page at Qardio.com has disappeared. The blood pressure monitor won't work without the app

DO NOT ORDER - took money and no product

I ordered a a smart scale and BP monitor having had a qardio product in the past which I liked. Unfortunately, they took my money, never shipped anything, never responded to any queries. I am trying to get my money back through the credit card company but at this stage qardio seem to be disputing it! Interesting they have no one at the company to respond to any customer enquiries but can respond to credit card requests for refunds!

Take your money and no product

Paid for a product and one month later not received the product and they are ignoring my emails? Totally untrustworthy and it appears no way am I getting my money back or the product 😳

Company ghosted me

Out of the blue this company stopped supporting the software for its smart scale. I tried every means of communication I could think of, and they haven't responded at all.

Paid on and No Shipping Schedule Nor Feedback from CS (SCAM)

I made a purchase on May 05, 2025 from Qardio Australia, a confirmation letter was sent to once the payment went through. No shipping confirmation up until now and I had emailed to them twice without any reply.

Can anyone teach me how to make a filing to the Australian Police❓❓❓

Horrible people

I purchased the the blood pressure device. I registered and used it. Now their website won’t allow me to use it since you must be logged on thru their app. App doesn’t work. They don’t respond via email. No number to call. I am disgusted with this company.
