I paid for expedited shipping - it took days to process my order. Then when it supposedly had shipped, it actually didn’t. I contacted customer service, while pleasant they weren’t overly concerned with my order (which at that point still wasn’t tracking 10 days later), the response to my inquiry was slow, and it took repeated inquires on my part to get any answers or action. I’m highly disappointed.

Everyone was very helpful, from social media to customer service... but it took a while to talk to customer service. Again, great product, great people, but the customer service might need to be more expeditious.

i’ve been reaching out over my incorrect order and nobody is getting back to me.

This is the second case I have purchased in the last year, I just purchased my second one because through no fault, but my own, I cracked my first case. I even bought the same style again because I really really like the quality of the product.

My vintage VHS cassette tape case is amazing! It’s protective, smooth, and has an awesome design! I originally ordered the wrong size for my phone, but fortunately they gave me a $25 gift card to compensate! Worth it!

The product is just like its pictured and more. Delivery was was just right and packaged decent.

I bought the oil painting of flowers case and I love it! It looks so realistic and of good quality. The entire case as a whole is very protective of my phone. I accidentally dropped my phone a few times over the span of a couple weeks and my phone is still intact.

I placed my order around 11/16/2022 as Christmas gifts for my children as they were wanting custom cases for their phones. I figured placing the order OVER a month ahead of time would give plenty of time to produce the cases and ship them out.

After a few weeks I began checking the tracking daily which kept stating that USPS was awaiting the package which I called USPS and they stated that essentially means they received shipping information but still waiting to receive the product from the merchant.

Finally after not receiving my order a month later on 12/16/2022 I reach out to Qases and receive the response that USPS lost the package and that they'd reproduce the order. I immediately asked when I can expect that to occur.

Three days later on 12/19/2022 I still didn't receive a response so I again replied to Qases asking them to follow up. They replied the same day stating that they're working as fast as they can, USPS lost my package, and they're hoping USPS performs this time around. I immediately responded back expressing how I never questioned how fast they were working, I'm just upset because I was concerned with not getting my order before Christmas for my children.

I never received a response back and my order just arrived yesterday 12/28/2022. With no surprise, the quality is subpar. I honestly could've just done a better job myself. The images are awful quality and blurry. There were several little pieces of paper in the box which look like someone printed off instructions from a computer, then crumbled it and threw it in the box.

The responses from Qases was one of the most unprofessional I've ever seen. There was no kind of customer service in regards to understanding my dissatisfaction. No sympathy from them whatsoever. They portrayed that they couldn't care less and came off defensive right off the jump. I work in customer service and I know the quality ethics that it entails. Qases was more worried about telling me how this was all USPS's fault rather than apologizing to me and trying to make it right. They made no effort at all.

I will never, ever order from this company again and I'm most definitely sharing my experience with others. Hopefully the company can attempt to make some major improvements to their customer service at the very least.

The case I bought was a Christmas present for my wife, she absolutely loved it. It looks amazing.

Quick shipping and love the case! It’s retro and I was able to put my company name on it! Love it! More durable than my previous case!

The picture printed was wrongly positioned even though when I ordered it out was positioned right.

Ordered November 21, finally arrived December 14th. Two carriers to deliver. I could have driven to Wisconsin and back in that same amount of time. Product isn't as neat and clean as it could be. The image shows signs of picture stretching and distortion.
