Credit card charged but order never shipped.
My credit card was charged back in November for the order. Here we are at December 20 and I still have not received anything from you. Really??? Who charges a credit card and keeps my money for over a month without sending any product??! Along with absolutely no correspondence as to where my order is. This has been a truly terrible experience!

We have spoken with the rep that handled your order and there was some confusion on her part as to when the products would be available to ship, but in any case, we do not want to hold a customer’s money for that long without sending their products. Normally, we would have waited to charge your card until the order was ready to ship, but a mistake was made on your order and we're sorry for that.
