Was brilliant, I have been having an ongoing issue with a HP loan I have spent 5hrs on QB live chat on 3 seperate occaions trying to resolve the issue. While we managed to sort part of it, I was left with a headache and more problems. Andy resolved the issue , showed me what to do and was sorted in 30 mins!!!!!!
