I purchased an Ergobaby 360 baby carrier from QDH which arrived in January 2020. After our baby arrived I purchased an Ergobaby Winter Cover from another supplier but the clips did not fit my baby carrier from QDH. I contacted Ergobaby fpr a replacement of their winter cover as I believed that it was faulty. Upon their suspicion s and investigation they confirmed to me that my baby carrier was counterfeit! I bought this baby carrier thinking it was Ergobaby because of a medically bad back but I have been irresponsibly sold a fake product that has put my and my baby's health in jeopardy. I emailed QDH for a full refund but they haven't bothered to reply. Unfortunately, I cannot get my money back from Paypal or my bank due to exceeding the timeframe for dispute. But I am in the process of filing a complaint to Trading Standards and Citizens Advice.

Where is my product? Jake Coker, I ordered a stone island jumper size small and not received any details as to where it is or any confirmation of the order and I’m disgusted with your customer service? I want to hear something and know where my product is, and if not receive a full refund as this is not fair on my behalf conning people out of there hard earned money?? I want to hear back today where my product is or I will be going to trading standards

Ordered from them. 45 days later the tracking number still doesn't work.

They provided a -screenshot image- of shipping info, with no identifying logos, names, phone numbers or addresses. So no way to confirm their screenshot was legit.

Their anonymous screenshot showed it had supposedly arrived in Los Angeles, with a status of "delivered to local courier"... 15 days ago.

Then they provided a USPS tracking number that never has worked, and still doesn't work.

Then they stopped responding.

So I had to file a dispute with my CC company.

Don't be fooled by their good prices; there is an excellent chance you won't get what you ordered at all, and they'll keep stringing you along, providing screenshots of shipping info that you can't verify yourself. When you press they'll give you a tracking number that doesn't work.

Eventually they'll stop responding hoping you, as a "rich American," just move on.

Following on from my previous review and I can't reply to the reply from QDH so I am leaving another review.

Below I feel like QDH are calling me a liar asking that they sell FAKE PRODUCTS. They are therefore calling GHD loads too as they checked the serial number on the hair straighteners and in fact confirmed them counterfeit products.
No where in the email trail have you even acknowledge that I have said the product is fake until I have come public.The fact that I have been offered a 50% refund to shut me up would also show that this company is not responsible for its actions and is insulting! I am waiting for a FULL refund and I am in conversations with trading standards and citizens advice whom you should be hearing from soon.
You say it's "hard to accept" that i have called you products fake. Word of advice .. don't sell FAKE PRODUCTS.

I purchased a pair of GHD hair straighteners back in December and recently they broke. When I tried to get Them repaired at GHD they are in fact fake!!! I paid £80 for them.
I have been emailing QDH for weeks and they are refusing to refund me as I am past their "refund policy time" the customer service is disgusting.
Even if the straighteners had broken I am still entitled to a refund within a year but the fact that this company sell counterfeit products and will not take any responsibility for it is disgraceful.

Hello, we provide one year warranty and we are willing to repair it. Based on our return and refund policy, a customer could apply for return and refund within 14 days after receiving the item. You have used the item for more than 10 months and now stated our item is fake, which is hard to accept. We still cover the warranty, let us check the problem if you agree. Thanks

I've never received my package that was shipped on Aug. 23rd. The only reason that I even gave them a one star is because for a while they communicated with me but now I can't track the package at all my guess is it went back to the company and they resold it and never refunded my money. When they were communicating with me that just said check my local post office, the package never came anywhere near Indiana and tried to tell them that but they would say no worries. It's been a nightmare.

I bought a product from them, got it delivered in less than two weeks, which is very good considering it came all the way from China, unfortunately it didn’t work, so i was thinking i have been cheated, but as soon as I contacted them I got a reply, the problem was the product was for US use i.e 110 volts a silly mistake, so i asked for a full refund instead of an other product, and they processed it immediately.
Got my money back, and was told to keep the original product because it was very expensive to ship back to china.

Finally got my package yesterday. Actually, the item is not bad, packed well and I also found a thank you card within the package. Will buy again from this seller in the future.

Bought a set of wall sticker on January, I got my package at the end of February because of the Chinese Spring Festival. The delivery took long time, while the item is ok. Good customer service, nice item, but the delivery could do better.

After having complications with a kanken backpack that i had received, customer service were willing to send out another for free. Very good.

I had not realised that QDH was a company in China and the order I placed with them for 2 x Fjallraven backpacks for Christmas gifts would possibly not arrive in time for Christmas. However, I had excellent communications with the company and the goods arrived in plenty of time and were exactly as required.

I ordered for delivery to Ukraine, which comes with its complications. I'd be giving them five stars just because there is room for improvement on communications and the speed therein, but in the end, they stood by their customer (me) and the deal was done, including a return and reshipment. I'm happy to have dealt with QDH.
