On 6-13-24 went into Qdoba @ 6965 S Rainbow Blvd In Las Vegas NV. around 10:45am, there was 1 guy in line ordering his meal. I politely walked past him and made a gesture to the lady behind the counter that I was going to wash my hands. She looked at me like I was not a nice person. So I proceeded to the restroom but the door was locked, I came back to the counter and the same lady that looked at me crazy walked away, I thought she was getting the key to the restroom. I waited about 1 minute and she never came back. The other young lady that was making the young man his meal kept looking back at the other employees like "will someone let this man in the restroom" so finally I ask to speak to the manager, A lady comes out and said our restrooms are for customers only. I said to her that I am a customer but i'd like to wash my hands first before I order my food. She said NO! it's company policy that you have to order first.I said so you want me to order my food and either take it in the restroom with me or leave it on the counter until I finish washing my hands? Only GOD knows what would happen to my food! NO THANKS!! She said its company policy that you have to order first.I said what is your name so I could address you correctly to corporate? She said that she was not going to give me her name. I said ok. So I sat at a table and tried numerous times to get in touch with someone at corporate. With ABSOLUTELY no luck just voicemail asking me to email them for questions or concerns. (What a waste of time!) While I was sitting at the table I could hear the ladies talking about me in Spanish. LITTLE DID THEY KNOW I SPEAK SPANISH!! So I go back up toward the counter the so called manager runs behind the wall. I ask the other young lady can you ask the manager to come back out and talk to me? She call the lady behind the wall in Spanish and ask her to come to the counter.The so called manager behind the wall said NO in Spanish. THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE STORE BUT ME AND THE 4 LADIES, I WAS NOT A THREAT, NO PROFANITY OR YELLING! So I said again in a polite voice I JUST WANT TO WASH MY HANDS BEFORE I ORDER. Then the so called manager said to the nice young lady in Spanish to let him wash his hands. She opens the door and I said to the nice young lady i'm sorry I just want to wash my hands before i order my food and i will order something. After washing my hands. I went to the counter and the nice young lady was ready to help me. I said to her will you please ask the manager to come out here? From behind the wall she said NO in Spanish! All I wanted to tell her is that I speak Spanish and I didn't appreciate them talking about me. Since she wouldn't come out i said to the nice young lady i'm sorry but I will not be ordering anything. I am a business owner here in Las Vegas & we sometimes have our staff meetings at this location. NEVER AGAIN!I see why some people trash resturants, cause a scene & knocking stuff over. I really understand now!
Then I finally get back to the office and have time to email corporate, I email them 4 times with my phone number asking for a phone call. Finally I get a email asking for more information so they can respond. I replied "What more do you need" CUSTOMER SERVICE! Then later then afternoon I get a email from a guy by the name of Jason from Qdoba asking me how was my email from Jason? REALLY!!! I wish I could have given him 0 stars but it wasn't available. I ask for a PHONE CALL 4 times and i get a stupid email! Very poor customer service! So Today is 6-14-24 around 9 am and I email corporate again asking for a phone call before I write a terrible review about my experience. Just as I thought about 2 hours later I get an email asking for more information. Is it really that hard to pick up the phone vs emailing? If a customer of my company ask for a phone call that's what he or she is going to get! Why play games. This review could have never made it online to millions if someone would have just called! Qdoba you have lost a customer and maybe more will follow after reading this!

Horrible conditions for food to be served...
I placed an online take-out order at the W Main location in Kalamazoo, MI. When I arrived to pick up my food, several of the ingredients that were required to make the food that I ordered were out of stock so my order was never fulfilled. Frustrating but I can live with that as I understand that situations happen. I was told that no staff member had the ability to refund my money while I was there and that I had to contact corporate to figure it out. Again, frustrating but not the end of the world. My biggest complaint is the condition of the store as it was a complete mess and absolutely gross! Dirty/used food containers piled up on the shelf where the menu items are assembled, more dirty/used containers piled on the counter behind the serving station, napkins and other items strewn all about the floor. And, it couldn't be anymore evident that not a single staff member cared at all. I even had a quick conversation about the restaurant's condition with another customer who had returned to question her food order. In the last couple of years, I've hesitated to go to this location due to the lack of cleanliness but decided to give it another try as it's the closest Qdoba to my house. I will never, EVER, go back to this Qdoba again. So disappointing!

I don’t know if I accidentally ordered the appetizer bowl or what, but the general manager at the Collegeville location must be joking with these tiny portions. Seriously, I’m paying $12.99 for a bowl and this guy gives me a quarter scoop of rice... The bowl wasn’t even halfway full! I could see the bottom of the bowl, that’s how empty it was. This guy needs a serious talking to because he pulls this stunt every time and I’m over it. If I could give zero stars, I would. This guy’s a joke!

Wow! excellent customer service by one of your managers who went above and beyond to make sure the catering was successful. We paid a lot of money and wasn't sure how it would work, but Kyle had everything ready. As an individual, I have been coming to the Mill Creek location for years and love the products and food.

Gull Rd Qudoba Today went in two people were working the front VERY sweet and greeted all their customers and even chatted with each one. Very sweet and professional. More places need employees like these too! WAY TO GO Devin and Kristin at the Gull rd location. These two work well together as well. I love going here from my lunch break always both happy and so friendly!!

My two sisters and I ordered the loaded tortilla soup picture above had the “soup “ in a crisp shell. After we got to the table I realized they didn’t put “liquid” in the shell in the bowl. I went to the counter to ask if that was available because none of us was offered that only “toppings”. The woman that made our food was ready to give me some of the tortilla soup to add to our meals, but thought she should ask the manager. He said we ordered salads and that’s why we got the shell in the bowl only. We did not order salad. I let them know I just had the question about the order he let he give my a small tub 8 oz of the tortilla soup for us to share. He was not happy about it. It was the St Joseph Michigan store.

Unbelievably bad customer service
After my last review, which was on the lack of cleanliness and their paddock store on Brownsboro Road, I decided to give it another chance. I walked in, stepped up to the counter, and a boy with black hair about 17/18 years old was texting. He didn’t even recognize my presence. He continued to text while I stood there for another 20 seconds and waited for him to finish. I told him I wanted a bowl he asked me the appropriate questions and I said black beans. The bucket was almost out of black beans, and he was able to fish out, a very small amount. At least 2/3 less than what they normally have and then set the ball on the counter and said what else do you want on it. I doubt that I will ever visit another Qdoba again because I have continually gone downhill from the lack of professional management on site and from the home office , probably the rudest I’ve ever been treated without any words being exchanged. Qdoba will bite the dust one day unless things change.

The workers looked like students that could have been trained to handle the food. They gave me the impression that they did not know what they were doing. I ordered tacos and he wanted to put white rice inside it. Looked at me funny when I said I wanted tomato and lettuce. The lettuce was dark. He poured the jalapeño sauce and some other sauce all over the taco. I paid $14.00 for three tacos. The meat was not prepared right. Lacked flavor. The tacos were soggy. I ate a bit and threw the rest in the garbage. The workers need to be trained better on how to handle and prepare food. If it falls on counter it should be thrown away and not given to customer. Food should have a better taste. This meat was boiled. If all is improved it could be a good place. Otherwise, I would not recommend it. Lost my money.
