Safe affordable storage option, website needs improvement
Overall, the luggage storage process was easy and there were locations near where we wanted to go. The website is sometimes difficult or confusing to navigate, and neither Apple Pay nor Google Pay worked purposely as payment methods. That said, this was the most affordable storage option and the people at our location were lovely and helpful. I would definitely use this service again over other choices.

Not for valuable stuff
Pro: Online booking and payment. Plenty of storage locations across the city (Moscow).
Cons: This isn't a locker so you have to trust people who keep your luggage.

Great service when you are in between…
Great service when you are in between places and don't want to drag luggage all day. My only complaint is on the pricing. It seems like it's a flat price/bag regardless of the size of the bag which seems a bit unfair. I didn't like paying the same price for my small backpack and massive suitcase. If anything it would be nicer if I'd pay half price for small bags.
Other than that, it was very useful and I would use this service again

Pleasant surprise
I was initially very nervous/skeptical given lack of reviews of this facility. I had no other options having stayed in airbnb. I went with it based on reviews of the company in other areas. I was pleasantly surprised by the legitimate hostel that had decent reviews hosting this option. It is in the 5 deciembre neighborhood close to El Centrol, Malecon and decent things. It felt safe, secure, reputable.
