Long Budget rental line, out of good cars
Booking was easy, no problem. Long line at the Budget rental counter. I reserved a Volkswagen Jetta or similar but got stuck with a Nissan Sentra :(

We got to the airport and there was a 3 1/2 to 4 hour wait because there were no cars available! We had to cancel and take an Uber to our destination!!!

Exactly how it's supposed to be - good price, easy process
Easy booking online, good price. Alamo/Enterprise had our booking without an issue, sorted us late in the evening (about 11:15) without a fuss (Hertz charged us extra once, as the plane was late ..). All worked smoothly and easily. Thank you!

King airport charged me an extra $650 for insurance that they said they required because I was there during the Carnival when lots of drunk drivers were on the roads. I left it alone after attempting to challenge it. A few days later I saw that they dropped the charge, so things got a lot better after that.
