Having first used Qflyer in 2018 we were pleased with their service and pricing so have used them again in 2019.

Knowledge, professionalism and efficiency of staff member (Kerri) who was quick to provide a range of options, Kerri was super quick to confirm and follow up on all my queries with emails and understood all my requests.

We can’t thank the team at QFlyer enough, big thanks to Scott and Mark , not only do the respond quickly they get you the flights and seats you want at very competitive prices ! !

While travel bookings are more and more inline there are still complex routings and options that only a professional can help with. QFlyer are fast, efficient and above all cover all the airlines, deals and deal with the complexity with ease.

I can't remember how I first heard about QFlyer (but it was as Roundabout Travel). When I came to use them for flights to Europe and then Hong Kong I was very impressed with rapid responses and good pricing. I will certainly use them again.

We found QFlyer easy to deal with and listened to our requirements. Flew business class with Finnair (and partners) to Paris via HK and Helsinki in May. All good.
Minor hitch with QAN leg on way home from HK because of "overbooking" by QAN. No fault of QFlyer who assisted us with compensation for the inconvenience on this issue.
Have booked again with QFlyer for next year.

I recently contacted Susan Mercer at QFlyer about a trip to the UK, using the Finnair Round the World offer. I so impressed with the service and help that Susan provided and the deal we were able to get using her knowledge and advice. My wife and I are looking forwards to a great trip from Canberra, Sydney, Bangkok, Helsinki, London Helsinki, New York, Dallas, Sydney and then back to Canberra. Even better my wife will achieve Qantas gold status in one trip and the points I get will help keep me in platinum for another year.

My advice if you are looking at a long haul flight is to look at QFlyer in the first instance, great price, fantastic service and a geared to making the most of your Qantas memberships and Oneworld network.
