Great support every step of the way. Communication never stopped and I received a video of the book before they arrived, Shipping was very quick in my opinion and the books were top quality.

I had a deck of conversation cards printed with Qin Printing and I couldn't be happier with the results.

I went with Qin Printing as I had specific printing requests that could not be met by many Australian printing service providers, especially not at a competitive price point.

The quality and finishing of the conversation cards is outstanding and the entire process was seamless from start to end. The team at Qin Printing were prompt to reply to my questions and queries and also very helpful with troubleshooting.

I got regular updates on the status of the printing job and shipping period, including pictures and videos of the product.

I got a very large neoprene mat printed out for a custom board game. QinPrinting was the only company I could find willing to do curved edges. Their communication was very prompt, friendly and clear. The shipping was fast and mostly importantly, the quality was fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need.

Very helpful customer service, beautiful craftsmanship, and they always send a thorough video of the final product before shipping so we can see how they turned out. Have printed holographic tarot and gold foil playing cards in a magnetic box and been blown away by the quality both times. Shipping can take a while depending on if you use air or sea but they'll work with you to meet your deadline.

As I was about to submit an offset print order for my children's picture book with another well-known Chinese printer, I discovered QinPrinting in a Google search. Although lesser known, I found they had consistently positive reviews and were hundreds less for the same quantity and print options. I just received my hardcover and paperback books and couldn't be more thrilled!!! I worked with Sharing and her responsiveness and helpfulness was exceptional from beginning to end! Beyond compare, QinPrinting is THE BEST. Look no further for amazing quality, unmatched pricing, and incredible customer service. Susan is so communicative, patient, and helpful. I will never use anyone other than QinPrinting for my book printing needs. I exhaustively looked for any other printing company in the US and China that compares, and they don't. Do not hesitate to use them, they are legit - down to editing a font issue I had with my PDF - they changed it and helped me reorganize the pages of my book so that the layout made more sense. My first experience with a Chinese Company. Susan was awesome. They answered many questions over the next few week as it involved printing a book, and I am also a new author. The books arrived in perfect condition. They were packed so well for the ocean voyage. I will be ordering, again. Hopefully, the Tarriff Tempest will be over soon.!
