Dear Sir,
While my team and I take feedback very seriously and do our best to use all feedback as a way to improve, in this case, I will take issue with your untrue and defamatory review which I wholeheartedly reject as false and misleading.
Having practiced law for over twenty years I have not, as yet, had the displeasure of acting for such an abusive individual as you.
Firstly, in relation to your funds transfer, at no time did my assistant Rebecca, as you claim, "confirmed the details were correct ".
The truth however is that it was you who have keyed in incorrect details when transferring money into our Trust Account provider, despite us providing you with very clear and easy instructions to follow. You have then approved the transfer online with your bank. It is you - not my firm, that has made an error. I also note that all funds were returned to you by your bank, and that after correctly following our instructions, you were able to successfully transfer your funds.
At no time did your error compromise you financially, or my firm's ability to settle your transaction.
Your matter was settled by my firm professionally and without any delay on our behalf.
We have at no time, as you have falsely alleged, been responsible for "numerous problems, stupendous questionnaires, multiple mastakes on Thier behalf, and nearly an $8000 loss from an incorrect transfer from me with there conformation [sic]".
I believe your review is an extension of your abuse towards Rebecca during our conduct of your matter. In this regard I note you abused Rebecca over the phone and sent abusive and aggressive text messages to her.
For my valued prospective clients who may be concerned about the above review, I invite you to look over the countless examples from our valued client's leaving positive reviews here about the extent to which Rebecca and I go to providing an exploratory legal service. I am grateful for the professional manner in which Qld Conveyancing Group assisted me in settling the sale of my deceased brothers house. The fact that the property was in Brisbane and I live in Townsville made no difference to the no fuss and nothing is too much trouble attitude they demonstrated. At a very stressful and sad time for me they made the whole process so much easier.
