This is a total scam. I bought a groupon and not only is there no phone number to book an appointment but they also don't respond to email. I looked up reviews after all that and discovered, too late, that this seems to be the concensus review....Don't fall for it. I've also read that they have made appointments, not shown up, but kept the money. Buyer beware!

Absolutely the worst cleaning experience and company I have ever dealt with. I hired "QleenMaids" to do a deep clean of the house we recently moved into. It wasn't really dirty to begin with, but we had painters in, and they left some paint dust as well as just some detail things that needed to be done. The cleaner was super unprofessional, playing loud music while she worked, and used my towels/rags/papertowels without asking (even though I paid more for them to use their own supplies). She also left over an hour early. When I got home, I asked my husband if she had even been there because I couldn't even tell what she did! There was still paint dust all over one of my bathrooms! I contacted their customer service who offered to have that same cleaner come out again. Umm no. So, then they offered a new cleaner, but only for half the time I paid for, or a refund of only $93 because they stated, "the cleaner has to get paid no matter what". Even if they don't do the job?! I was then hospitalized and unable to follow up further. My husband reached out to them again to resolve it while I was indisposed, and they apologized and offered a replacement clean or a gift card to use on a future service. He has contacted them twice since then to redeem either offer, with no response. Now that I am home again, I am writing this review to warn others about this terrible company who took my money, with zero service being performed.

Please beware of this company!! They confirmed my booking for a deep clean and charged me $419.69. The night before my appointment they cancelled and sent me an email that my refund has been processed but it’s 2 weeks now and no refund. Their email is not active anymore and there is no response to texts or phone calls to their contact number. I’m also very disappointed in Groupon as their customer support has not been able to help me sort this matter and get my refund. Until now, I have purchased Groupons and always trusted that Groupon would ensure their merchants are credible. The messages I get from Groupon are that they contacted the merchant and advised me to do the same. This is after sending them pictures of my multiple texts to the merchant with no response and copy of ‘failure to deliver’ emails to the merchant. I am extremely disappointed in this experience with Groupon and Shame on you Qleenmaids for torturing customers like this and stealing hard earned money. I pray your company shuts down for good and I hope this review can save others from losing their money.
