Look elsewhere

Painfully unclear to customers. Everyone seems confused as to when the appointments start. It does not send emails with appointment reminders. For some reason, only texts are sent to phone for virtual appointments. There is no way for them to get a link to join the appointment at the time. There is a "check-in" which is not explained in the confirmation emails. Zero instructions on how to use the system for new users. Terrible experience.

for example, it will read "Notify us when you are ready by clicking the button" and button would be disabled. Poorly designed system. Do your customers a favor and just schedule calendly or something that's simpler to use.

The system fulfills its purpose but their service and support is poor

The system fulfills its purpose but it's getting outdated. They are working in a newer (and more expensive) version that appears to have more features and be more intuitive. The version we used at my organization was helpful for front line services but the reporting was limited.
I would say their biggest weakness that made us switch to a different provider was their poor customer support. Their support agents were unresponsive, rude and inefficient. Usually we would get scolded by the support agent for not using their internal terminology, get incomplete solutions or excuses.

Pandemic and Adaptation

The college decided to upgrade our QLESS system and to add additional departments in order to provide service virtually. QLESS representatives and the technical team were able to help us customize our departments and provide the necessary virtual services to our students. The QLESS team did a great job.
