Hi ,
We have had a problem with our air/con outside unit which failed twice I just over twelve
months but after emailing Damien Chalvin and their Qlima Technicians in Alicante the problem has now been solved
At I must say at no cost to us !!
I would like to thank Qlima to our response to our problem and all their efforts to resolve the problem..Air/con units are a very special thing and any leak is hard to find but the Qlima Technicians did a great job and so what more could you ask .Many thanks to Qlima for sorting the fault and just to add the air/con is working better than ever …so if you have a problem with your purchase don’t go off on one but contact customer service in your country and tell them about the problem and I am sure Qlima will do their best to sort the problem as they did with our air/con ..Well done Qlima for a good result for both parties..

An excellent heater but the guarantee registration site does not show the correct model option.
I bought a heater SRE4035C and this does not appear on the list. Would suggest that you extend your list or make it possible for the purchaser to fill in a model rather than having to accept your limited list.
