Thorough and supportive external audits for our 27001:2022 and 9001:2013 certifications. We have always had great experience with Citation as an auditor and the support they provide during and after the audits too. Recently we had our audit with Cheryl who was very personable and made the overall experience welcoming.

Michelle was very professional and offered some valuable and welcome tips and advice.

we had a great audit experience with the ISO auditor - Wynn Walker. It was a pleasure to work with her. She was very clear on all communication, explained very well what was required and was very patient with us providing her all required documents and examples.

It always makes a significant difference when an ISO audit starts with an auditor who has made the effort to familiarise themselves with the evidence you have provided and comes with focused questions to get greater impact from the audit in an efficient way. The fact that Kyle was also as personable as every auditor we have met from Citation also helped - as did his top tips on using the platform over the coming year as we move from our initial certification audit to the first review.

Our recent ISO 27001:2022 audit was carried out with the highest level of professionalism. The auditor Monika Zak demonstrated exceptional knowledge of the standard and her audit was both constructive and informative.

What stood out was Monika's balanced approach - thorough in testing controls, yet also practical in offering improvements that will genuinely help us strengthen our Information Security Management System. Communication throughout was clear, and supportive, which made the experience very collaborative.

We came away from the audit with full confidence in our compliance position and with valuable insights that will help us continue improving. This was a very professionally conducted audit experience.

ISO 9001 & 14001 Audits carried out by Citation. The auditor Luke was very professional , knowledgeable and open in his approach, making the whole audit process flow smoothly.

Auditor Robert Crosby was fantastic throughout the day; so friendly and determined to put us at ease. His explanations were clear, his feedback was so positive and helpful and he gave us so many great tips on how we can improve even further in the future. A huge thank you to Robert!

Kyle from Citation was a great help on this process. From the beginning he was able to explain how the process would be worked through, detailed the agenda for the day and then helped us through it. He was easy to work with and patient when we were gathering details for his review. The process worked well and we appreciated his guidance on the process.

Khubaib Asadulalh - The whole process was smooth, and the consulant was very informative, supporting with the creation of our documentation.

100% don't use this Organisation.
We're stuck in a 10 year (!) contract (more fool us), and their reviewing/certification for 27001 is poor, slow responses/engagement/experience. Atlas' UI is basic and not designed with users in mind.

We've got far better support and engagement elsewhere, its so bad we're paying twice to use alternatives.

I had been dreading ISO but David made this a pleasant, professional experience; his expertise and listening skills made challenging processes easy to understand. It was a very good day, I highly recommend Citation and David as they made it work for me
