The customer service team that supported me to find a slot with one of their specialized doctors were really helpful and patient while I navigated using Qoctor for the first time. The Dr was also patient and gave not only the necessary script I needed for my condition but great advice.

I requested a 3days carer certificate to look after my son because he was refuse to come to daycare due to his illness. But the doctor gave me only 2days. What a waste of money compare to others. I paid $27 for multiple days carer leave. Never again

The instructor was very kind. Since he had worked at Vig Road before, he taught me in a way that suited the exam. I had failed the exam 8 times, but I passed it on the 2nd time with this instructor. Giving patients an hour window for a…
Giving patients an hour window for a paid appointment is disappointing. I waited and waited, when the call finally went through, there was no one there. I had to complain to finally get a call. This isn't the first time this has happened, I will look for another service should I require a medical certificate rather than the poor service provided.

Wonderful Service
This was such an easy and efficient service. I am travelling from abroad and had caught a cold on the plane. Arriving in Brisbane I realised it would start affecting my lungs as I have a history of bronchitis. Thankfully, I was able to get a prescription of antibiotics online and it worked perfectly.
