We ordered two pairs, the pair for
My husband were a size too big, so they let us know about their charity policy. We dropped the shoes to a local charity shop, sent proof and within an hour we had confirmation a new pair in the right size was on the way. Couldn’t be happier.

Took a chance
These shoes are of good quality- real suede, cork and proper soles. I took their advice to order a size up and the slightly larger one fits perfectly. I fear that ordering the size down can cause some people to overflow the heel, resulting in cork damage.

Disappointed - not as desbribed
I had high hopes for these suede clogs after seeing their Instagram page and reviews over and over again, but the quality just isn't there. Shipping took 13 days, which was reasonable, but the problems started as soon as I opened the box. There was a strong chemical smell that filled the room immediately.
Upon inspection, I found a visible glue stain on one of the shoes. Most surprisingly, the shoes have no branding anywhere on them—just a 'Made in China' label on the inner sole. They feel more like a generic product than a brand-name item. I really wish it was possible to upload a photo.
Please note: These have just arrived, so I cannot comment yet on their comfort or how they hold up during daily use. However, based on the initial smell and the glue defect, the first impression is quite poor. I’d recommend being cautious.

I wanted to provide a little context about how we ship our shoes: we send them directly from the factory as part of our most sustainable approach. This avoids shoes sitting in storage for months, reduces waste, and ensures you get freshly made clogs. Because they’re so fresh, there can sometimes be a “new” smell when they arrive, but it usually fades within 1–2 days of airing out.
We’re genuinely sorry about the glue mark you noticed. Unlike larger brands where shoes may sit in multiple warehouses before reaching the customer, our clogs come straight from the factory, so any minor manufacturing imperfections can occasionally happen, but we always want to make it right.

Great product but even better customer service
Really reasonable pricing and great shoes, but the icing on the cake is the excellent customer service. I ordered a pair of clogs that were super cute when they arrived but ended up being too big for me. Within a few minutes of emailing customer service, a human (!!) got back to me.
After sending in some photos, she let me know that I could drop off the shoes at a local op shop and they'd organise an exchange! It's a great initiative: I didn't have to deal with printing out a return label or the post office and I ended up donating a few other things I'd been meaning to drop off, so everyone wins. PLUS the replacement clogs were en route by end of day.
Customer service makes or breaks any business for me, and Qomfort has done an excellent job. And big thanks to Lauren, the customer service rep who got back to me.
