Ordered the wrong size - excellent communication regarding an exchange. They requested the original size be donated (provide proof) and they sent the right size at no additional cost. Easy!

Love this company

Love this company! I purchased two pairs of clogs and after I tried them on, I realized I needed to size up. I always dread exchanges/returns but Qomfort made it so easy. Basically you just need to donate the shoes (I chose my local goodwill)—take a pic with the receipt, email Qomfort, and Qomfort sends your new shoes. Fantastic customer service. 10 out of 10!

Had the shoes for about 9 weeks and they are already starting to fall apart. The material is ripping.

Customer service has been great quick…

Customer service has been great quick and very responsive. The shoes I bought were too small we were advised to donate them to charity and they replaced them free of charge

This is a scam

This is a scam. They have ads that show prices they don’t keep to, which is against the law and misrepresentation. Once I asked them about it, they asked for proof and then blocked me from all socials. Watch out. They’re liars and very very poor way to conduct business. Be so so careful.

Never ending add after buying

My wife bought some sandals & they turned up after a couple weeks & were what we ordered but now im continuously receiving Qomfort adds on YouTube. I have continuously blocked & complained but it seems this company have a never ending amount of adds.

I’m glad to hear the sandals themselves were what you ordered, but I’m sorry the ads have been frustrating. Those are managed through platforms like YouTube and Google, and while we do advertise there, the frequency you’re seeing is controlled by your ad settings and browsing signals rather than something we can directly adjust on an individual level.

That said, you should be able to reduce or stop seeing them by selecting “Not relevant” or adjusting your ad preferences within your YouTube/Google settings. If you’d like, feel free to reach out to us and we can point you in the right direction.

Disappointing is an understatement

Disappointing is an understatement. Made in China with substandard materials. A horrible chemical smell. The inside is a synthetic layer not suede up against your foot. Not worth the price or hassle.

Horrible cheap clogs, feel scammed by the terrible quality that doesn’t match their descriptions

Horrible, smelly, poor quality shoes, same as any at a cheapo Primark-type places. The advert I saw actually made a point of stating that they were made of thick, good quality suede and they had the cheek to compare themselves to Birkenstocks, not in so many words of course, but inferring it by saying they’re the same quality without the label and price tag. They aren’t. The clogs have very thin suede padded out with a synthetic lining which is not mentioned anywhere in the product description (trade descriptions issues for sure) and designed to make your foot sweat. The glue/chemical smell coming off the shoes on opening was so strong it gave me a sickly headache and there were visible glue streaks on the shoe. I’m afraid to wear them fearing what chemicals I’ll absorb. After further research on Reddit etc, I realised too late this is another no-better-than-Temu drop-ship Chinese company with a clever marketing strategy to corner the more ethical market, for folk that won’t give Temu a penny, that unfortunately I fell for. I feel scammed by the terrible quality. Inside the package was a postcard encouraging positive review videos for $50 rewards. So that’s why there’s so many millennials fawning over them on their IG. Aren’t their laws about declaring payments for Ads?
I haven’t even bothered claiming a refund as I have zero trust and want to forget all about it. I’m furious with myself for falling for this and I’m never trusting an Instagram advert again. I should’ve checked their Instagram profile more closely, high follower numbers to low content, and loads of ads, a huge red flag, and their constant bombardment of attempted time-scarcity offer emails after you’ve ordered, another red flag for me. Dreadful. Avoid!

Cheap and not cheerful Birkey knockoffs

My order arrived today. Firstly the way that this company presents itself is not authentic. It is a Chinese manufacture, shipped from there. Similar to many Birkenstock ‘dupes’. The quality is poor. For example, adjusting the straps and buckles because the retaining pin is tiny. The fit is off. I wear Euro 45 in many many styles of shoe (including Birkeys) and these are too small.
Overall - terribly disappointing. My recommendation would be to avoid and invest in the real deal. These are cheap, and will deteriorate quickly.

Don’t believe the one star reviews on here…

I’ve seen some one star reviews on here which I cannot for the life of me understand ! There was even a one star review from someone that hadn’t even bought a pair !!! Anyway to the shoe itself. Materials look and feel quality. Not overworked or blasé but just great, well and honestly sourced quality and definitely no ‘smell’ to any of mine. Construction was fine with my two pairs. No glue blobs or ill fit and the outer colour of the suedes was constant across both shoes. The insole is lightly sculpted, but because of the memory insole it blends with the shape of your foot somewhat, especially if you take note of the ‘wearing in’ guide kindly supplied with each pair which I found super helpful, and worked a dream with mine. The outer sole has a seemingly durable grippy feel and unlike some clogs, and doesn’t clonk around when wearing them on hard indoor floors. All in all sizing is true to maybe a quarter of a size small in length perhaps, which equates to a couple of mm’s, but comfort and fit around the foot is great. I’d think these would be okay for a wider fit foot.
I’d give my clogs five out of five from me so far. Oh and don’t get me talking about how snuggly and comfy their socks are !
Buy a pair of each and try them for yourself 😀
