Qonto has suspended our account due to us not being able to verify from the UAE. After contacting support they just ignore me even if funds are still in the account. They are a good bank but only if you are in their fold otherwise they just ignore you. Be aware!

They go starlight to the point
They go starlight to the point. They are very responsive to the point that I thought the chat was some kind of bot/AI, but it's an actual agent. If they need someone else to respond, they get back to you quickly.
