Responsive customer service
I ordered a puzzle online to coincide with my visit to my sister in Australia & then noticed production of puzzle would take 2 weeks & potentially miss my trip. I contacted Nicole at info email who personally undertook to ensure the puzzle arrived on and it was waiting when I got to my sister’s place 🙂🧩
It’s also a beautiful puzzle - very good quality and a ‘keeper’ so I’ve brought it home to NZ.

Pointless
The puzzle mat is pointless and I will not be using it. It is nothing more then felt and it's not a good surface to build a puzzle on.
