Very misleading service

Edited to add a reply:
This response is exactly the issue. At no point during the creation process was it made clear that the QR code being generated was a temporary dynamic code that would later be paused behind a paywall. I was simply directed through the setup and then later received expiry emails after already printing physical invitations.

Saying there is a free static option does not change the fact that the system guided me into creating a dynamic QR code without properly warning that it would stop working unless I paid over £100 annually. For customers creating printed materials for events, this is extremely misleading and causes unnecessary stress and extra cost.

Very misleading service. I created a QR code believing it was free, only to later receive emails warning that the code would expire unless I paid for a yearly subscription costing over £100. This was never made clear when creating the QR code. I had already printed party invitations using the code, meaning I now have to print replacement stickers for every invite. A QR code for printed materials should not suddenly deactivate after a trial period. The pricing is excessive for something many other websites offer completely free with permanent static QR codes. Extremely frustrating experience and I would not recommend.

don't trust

I wrote a review in good faith, but I am now having to write another. It was not clear that QR codes were generated under a free trial, and they manipulate you into paying 100+ dollars to maintain them active. Waste of time and completely jeopardized my project. They should make it clear from the beginning that they will only be active for 1 week.

The worst customer service

The worst customer service. During subscription it says the monthly cost but charged me for the whole year and refused to refund me, even after multiple attempts to contact. Don't use them

Easy to use

Easy to use. I just plugged in my url and qr code popped up right away. Time saving vs waiting on the phone for Paypal for ½ hour and still not getting what I needed. Turns out they don't make a qr code for PayPal Giving Fund.
