So expensive it's dishonest.

Maybe worth it if you have a lot of merchandising, but I needed an easy solution and like other reviewers I didn't see that it was not free after the trial period and that the minimal fare was 96 euro a year!! For just one QR code.

DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!

DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!

Used the QR-Code for my finals essay. After a few weeks they started spam emailing me that my QR-Code would expire soon if I didn't start paying for premium, even though I used the default QR-Code which should as the website stated NOT require a subscription. Now my essay contains a useless QR-Code, because I'm not going to feed these scammy deadbeats any money.

Completely misleading

Completely misleading! The site says free QR code generator but then they hit you 2 weeks later with a $45/month subscription or they disable it AFTER you print your materials!

Scam

You think it is free but then you get a bill if you want to keep your QR active.

100% scam

100% scam. Avoid at all costs, not only do they lure you in saying it’s free, they then make you pay a subscription after 14 days. Which can only be paid for annually so costs over £100. Purely a scam, no other explanation

This is a NO!

This is a NO!. They say "free" but the small print is that the code only lasts for 14 days and then expires. If you have printed this code on posters that have already gone out you will have to pay their subscription to continue using the code or reprint everything. Leaves you with an "I've been scammed" feeling and wondering what else they have done.

Free QR Codes That Aren’t Really Free

I used QR-Code-Generator.com to create “free” QR codes and printed them on marketing materials. Only after the fact did I learn the codes expire unless I pay $120 per year. This distinction between static (free/permanent) and dynamic (paid/expiring) codes was not made clear at creation. Now my printed materials risk being useless. Be careful — their “free” option is misleading. For truly permanent free QR codes, use services like QRCode Monkey or Adobe Express instead.

Awful experience! with this Company

Awful experience!! They tell you, you have a QR code when actually you don't! Then they try to scam you with a cancellation after a period of time and you have to pay to get it back, in the meantime you don't know that your code does not work anymore! Disgusting unfortunately
