Predatory transparency on billing
I thought I was paying monthly, surprise surprise a huge amount went off. So I ask support and all that and they inform me they only charge yearly and for comparisons they provide monthly amount. So I go "crazy, but maybe I missed the fine-print. Whatever, I guess I have it then, I have it on a business card so I want to keep it up anyway." Naïve on both counts. I get another crazy charge that is more than any of my other subs combined so I go check and I see my ONLY QR CODE EVER IS EXPIRED??? AND PEOPLE HAVE BEEN ATTEMPTING BUT NOPE. So they directly violated their own policy of a monthly charge and I couldn't even have one consistent QR code. DONT BOTHER, YOU HAVE CODE THAT WILL DO IT FOR FREE, THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO SHAKE YOU DOWN.
