Not boring nor monotone courses
2nd course I took from QRP International - PeopleCert. Started with ITIL4 Foundation and now passed ITIL4 MSF.. Other that I find the UX lacking of both platforms, the study materials they provide and the set up of the courses provides the right kind of challenge! With a lot of theoretical information it is always important not to become monotone.. For me personally both the selfstudy as the webinars offer this..

Although training was performed remotely in a hybrid mode the trainer was very good engaging all staff and everybody actively participated in that. Material prepared was sufficiently prepared and well explained. As a small hint although the web conferencing system was not the main one used by QRP the trainer managed it pretty well except maybe the first day that he was getting familiar with this.

Training very good, training support process to review
The training was great, the only "negative point" was related the support we should have, "QRP training site" and "Peoplecert training site" weren't working, unless the last day. Not easy to prepare for the exam without it but I did it :-)

I was very satisfied with both the training structure and Bina, the trainer. It was a 5-day training from 9.00-13.00 and 1,5h homework. The pace the trainer was going with was just ideal. She didn’t run through 100 of slides but carefully selected a few and went into details, emphasized the most important. There were refreshing group exercises (even in a virtual training!). The technical side worked also well, with almost no interruption at all. Bina is a trainer with people skills, behaved talented in any situation and didn’t embarrass the participants. She is also a high-profile trainer and works in the expertise field besides teaching which is clearly an advantage in terms of passing on knowledge and experience.
I enrolled last minute to the training (during weekend), and the team was open, flexibel, proactive and very kind.
