This is scam. I have been trying to contact them with return and crickets. they advertise 30 days returns but no one has contacted me. The product I purchased doesn't work for me. They kept sending me more. I just want to return the ones that I haven't opened.

If I could give QSciences zero stars, I would! For 3 whole months, I tried canceling my subscription. My emails were ignored, phone calls unanswered. Eventually, I had to stop payment through my credit card just to get it to end. Seriously, steer clear of this company unless you enjoy wasting your money!

SOLD ME EXPIRED PRODUCTS AND REFUSED TO REFUND! Horrible customer service and their products are severely overpriced.

ordered 10 items from company and only received 2 in shipment. refused to offer refund or to send the product ordered and paid for.

previously they charged us for a whole year for someone else's subscription and wouldn't cancel it. Contacted company multiple times and they would never respond. We had to find someone high level in sales to even get the company to respond to cancel this... even then, it took them 3 months to stop someone else's subscription with no refund or explanation.

Titanium oxide in their products??? OMG im speechless, Stay away people this company is vile and should come with a health warning NOT a claim!!!

Q Sciences has ZERO transparency with their products, both in where they are sourced and what is in them. They claim to have rigorous product testing, but their QR codes don't lead to any testing COAs, even though they claim that they do. I saw someone complain that a "THC FREE" CBD product made them fail a drug test recently, and an independent lab confirmed there was THC in the product, along with a synthetic Delta-8 THC compound. They have other products with sucralose, dyes and various chemicals along with "proprietary" blends that allows for them to hide who knows what else. They started selling snacks and random things as a self-consumption model, and low ranking ambassadors eat it all up. Bracelets, soaps, candles, trail mix, dryer balls, cups, swag and now toothpaste. There's always some hype new thing for people to buy before it sells out!

They also have an FFM program led by the owner's wife. Someone needs to look into that and where those commissions and fees are going from retirement and insurance accounts. I can't believe the FTC allows that, especially without some sort of disclosure that they are making money from it, and it isn't just a nice thing that they do because they "care". I'd stay away. I found out enough for me to say no thank you and look elsewhere.

Avan was not only unhelpful in addressing my inquiries, but he was also remarkably rude throughout the conversation. I was taken aback by his dismissive attitude and the condescending tone he used when responding to my questions. What shocked me the most was his repeated attempts to persuade me to join Qsciences by bragging about his personal income, claiming that he makes "10k a month" and insinuating that I should follow suit by joining the company. This sales tactic not only felt intrusive but also reflected poorly on Qsciences' values as a company.

As a potential customer seeking information about your products and services, I expected to receive accurate and respectful assistance from your customer support team. Unfortunately, my experience with Avan left me feeling discouraged and frustrated. It is disappointing to encounter such behavior when reaching out for assistance.

I strongly urge Qsciences to take this matter seriously and address the issues I have raised. Customer service is a cornerstone of any successful business, and interactions like the one I had with Avan can have a significant impact on a company's reputation and customer loyalty. I believe that retraining and ongoing professional development for your employees, especially those in customer-facing roles, would greatly benefit both the company and its customers.

I sincerely hope that Qsciences takes the necessary steps to rectify this situation and ensure that other customers do not have to endure similar experiences in the future. I look forward to seeing a positive change in your customer support approach.

I got scammed and ripped off by Qscience representative Alanna Yendle.

This company has changed my life totally I fell better I have lost a lot of weight wich means now I'm very energetic and I can keep up with the little ones they sell vitamins ,protein powder and lots more that's just a little bit they sell so go try them out you won't be disappointed for sure....

If they put titanium dioxide in their supplements then, that speaks volumes itself.

What a scam. Introduced thru the online boutiques. Not worth the cost and impossible to get your refund. I had to report a fraud report with my credit card company.

My daughter bought health products from Qsciences, wanted only one delivery. But since then packages have been streaming on, with invoices for product and delivery charges, seems impossible to stop this

We recently purchased the Q Science’s Q sleep spray as me, my partner & two kids all struggle getting a good nights sleep.
We had heard some really good reviews about this product from some friends and thought it was worth a shot.
WOW is all I can say the spay is brilliant, the kids have 4 sprays of it about 15 minutes before bed once they in bed it’s straight off to sleep & they now get a full nights sleep, me and my partner are having 8 sprays again about 15 minutes before wanting to go to sleep and we are both flat out straight away, when I use this product it’s the best nights sleep I’ve had in year. I can’t recommend the Q Sleep spray enough

Jeg har købt en HQO vand maskine fra Qsciences til en pris af næsten 4000 dollar.
jeg har prøvet at komme i forbindelse med Qsciences af flere gange uden at de reagerer, da maskinen ikke virker som den skal, faktisk virker den slet ikke og er taget fra.

Det ser ud som om at Qsciences ikke er interesseret i at tale med kunder der har problemer med deres køb fra Qsciences.

I have purchased a HQO water machine from Qsciences for a price of almost 4000 dollars.
I have tried to connect with Qsciences several times without reacting, as the machine does not work properly, it actually does not work and is removed.

It seems that Qsciences is not interested in talking with customers who have problems with their purchases from Qsciences.

I warn against shopping with Qsciences which by the way is an MLM (pyramid company)
