They will do everything you want without hesitation.
Tara’s and Daniil were taking care of my move. They made sure not a single thing is damaged and asked many question to make sure my stuff were safe. Really nice and talkative guys. They were working fast, reliable, and showed me good quality of work.

Used their service on November 21, 2025. I told the lady on the phone when booking that I had my own supplies but would need help shrink wrapping a few things. The day came for the movers to do their magic. From the get go, the head mover kept making comments about things costing more. I asked them to help me shrink wrap mattresses and my new couch. They just moved everything without wrapping. When it came time for my TVs to be moved, they came in with boxes and started taping. I again told them that I had my own supplies. They instead STOLE my supplies and then charged me for theirs! They double charged me for stairs and even admitted on the phone that it was a mistake. With the double charged, unauthorized charge for supplies that I did NOT request and the cost of my stolen supplies totaling $228.68, they offered me $100 ($75 of that was double charge for stairs) so basically only $25 and they wanted me to change my negative review to a positive one. I’ve been going back and forth with this company for weeks now. I will NEVER do business with this company again nor will I ever recommend them to anybody else. My advice to you if you do use them is to check their truck before they leave to make sure you have all of your things. Ask to see the invoice before you pay and make sure everything is correct because you won’t see a dime after they get their money. Also, wait until you’ve unpacked before leaving a review to make sure you’re not giving out false information. The movers will insist that you do it before they even start unloading your things. Almost like they are holding them hostage to get what they want.

We’re sorry to see this review and would like to clarify a few important points for transparency.
Regarding the TVs: the packing materials provided were not sufficient to safely protect large flat-screen TVs. To prevent damage, our team used professional TV packing, which is standard practice. The total cost for packing 3 TVs is $225, however you were charged only $100 as a courtesy discount.
We do not take customer supplies. Our trucks are fully stocked with our own materials, and we have no need for used packing supplies.
Concerning stairs: the contract clearly states that up to 2 flights are included, and each additional flight is $75. This job involved 5 total flights (2 at pickup and 3 at delivery). Despite this, we discounted the stair charges after you expressed concern.
Additionally, after the job was completed, our crew spent approximately 30 extra minutes unloading items from your car and carrying them upstairs, free of charge, as a courtesy.
We strive to be fair, transparent, and accommodating, and in this case multiple discounts and extra services were provided. We regret that your experience was still unsatisfactory, but we stand by the work performed and the professionalism of our team.
