Excellent assistance!
I needed assistance when my payment didn’t work and I needed to reschedule my flight. I called and was even able to change the date as well as verify payment. The person I talked to was so friendly and helpful! With his assistance I was all finished quickly!

This isn't a good place to book a flight. Over a year ago, I bought a ticket for my son. Due to Covid, he couldn't use the ticket. I requested a refund. Got a run around. Yes, I purchased flight protection insurance. The companies put the blame on the other. And back and forth. No answers! My money has never been returned. I would not let my best enemy book a flight from this company. A total rip off!!!

The flights did not qualify for a refund according to the airline. For travel insurance you would have to go through TravelGuard to see if COVID is covered under your policy.
