I had an issue with their service and a third party.
Quackr support regularly replied in less than a day almost every time and went out of their way to help resolve my concerns in creative ways.

Charged twice and numbers not received
Paid for a number but then it said payment failed. Tried to buy it again and it still said payment failed. Later, got charged for 2 numbers and haven't received anything. Reached out to customer service and they responded in 24 hours yet didn't resolve the issue yet.
Edit - issue resolved now.
