Even though it may not be the cheapest…

Even though it may not be the cheapest protection for my phone, I prefer to spend some more money for some ease of mind. Besides that, thanks to the mounts in my car and on my motorcycle I can use it without hassle and still be sure that my phone stays on and is protected if anything might happen.

Garbage iPhone 17 pro max case.

Awful fit, wouldn’t trust it to keep my phone in.
Dreadful customer service, wanted me to pay them to return a not fit for purpose online purchase and had no interest in remedying the issue.

Zero customer service

Zero customer service and as much as you guys always reply, saying somebody will get back to me shortly nobody ever does so. I don’t know why you guys even give me the hope of you guys repairing anything with me or replacing your cases that don’t even work and you guys know they don’t work.

Outstanding support

Hello , I had some deliveries delayed, during the holidays and as a results I had to leave to my vacation with out my motorcycle gear that I ordered. Quad lock was kind enough to send me an express new delivery to my vacation destination 100% on there cost. Quad Lock Mag Mount

Have been using quad lock mounts for years and been happy. Recently completed a 5500km trip and had to pick my phone up off the floor countless times due the mag mount not being strong enough. Would not recommend the mag mount unless you are only driving on perfectly paved roads. Will be going back to traditional twist mount or looking for something different all together.

Products are nice, but Quality is questionable

I heard about Quad Lock online and decided to try some of their products with a new Google Pixel I purchased. I grabbed one of their magsafe phone cases which is great, a bike stem mount (also great), and a few items that may need some more refinement by Quad Lock. First is their screen protector. I applied it following instructions to a literally fresh out of the box phone. Within 2 weeks, there are little air bubbles that formed along the edges that I cannot remove with tools provided. Next is the Android Auto wireless dongle for vehicles. It seems to connect to my phone and launch android auto about 90% of the time. When it doesn't, I have to unplug and plug the dongle back in. This is frustrating when I am in the middle of driving with Google maps up and it decides to disconnect mid-directions. Last is the magsafe charging pad. The first pad I ordered stopped working after 2 weeks. I contacted customer service, sent a video proving the device didn't work (required a friends phone to document) and they sent a replacement out right away. The second charging pad also works about 90% of the time, requiring unplugging and plugging back in. So far, it is holding up. I am enjoying the Quad Lock products I have and their customer service is great! I just hope they continue to refine their products with some better quality assurance.

The products work as advertised.

At this point, I am a long term Quadlock customer and feel as though I have extensive experience with the line of phone holders. In all cases the phones I used have been the iPhone Pro Max, so they are heavy. I have a holder on my ATV, 2 bicycles and 2 vehicles. With the ATV I have ridden through the mountains of New Hampshire, alone on some really rough trails and hills and my phone stayed right where it was supposed for hours on end. On my bicycles, I just snap my phone in and go, again, always solid and reliable. My vehicles, same and so convenient. These products work as advertised and I’m a very happy customer.

Best mount ever

I have used QuadLock since 2018 and I love it. I have used the motorcycle mount as well as the car mount and they all rock. I did have one break, but I blame that on the heat within the car in AZ. Customer service got back to me and replaced it for free. Current setup is the standard handlebar mount with the vibration dampener. That is a necessary component and a game changer. I am a customer for life.

Quad Lock – customer service that actually slaps (in a good way)

Had my Quad Lock mount fail on my iPhone — one of those annoying “ah… that’s not ideal” moments. Fired a message over to Quad Lock expecting the usual back-and-forth, forms, blood sample, and a 3–5 business year wait.

Nope.

They replied quickly, no nonsense, and sent out a replacement immediately. No drama, no hoops, just solid customer service doing exactly what it should.

Stuff breaks sometimes — that’s life. What matters is how a company deals with it, and Quad Lock absolutely nailed it. Still the best mounting system out there, still rock solid, and now backed up by customer support that actually gives a damn.

10/10 would trust my £1k phone with them again.

Poor quality manufacture - avoid

Used to be excellent but quality with the new mag cases has gone out of the window. The mag ring has come out on first use. Literally lasted an hour straight from the box before its broken. I have invested a lot in quadlock mounts for bicycles and cars. I’ll be looked for a new solution. Don’t waste your money.

I use the QuadLock system with my iPhone 17 ProMax.

I use the QuadLock system with my current phone and my previous phone. I have a mount for it on 2 different motorcycles. The mount holds my phone securely. I will buy another QuadLock case if I get another phone. I like that I can personalize the mount by changing the color of the lock lever away from the stock blue lever. I also purchased the screen protector for my new phone.

Very very long delayed shipping

Very very long delayed shipping , I ordered 2 weeks ago and still haven't received. Although they promised 2-4 days.
I contacted the support, they were very short and rude, and unhelpful, the told me they can't contact the carrier, and only I can do and then closed the ticket.

Poor Quality and Poor Support

Poor quality mount that will degrade in the sun and crumble over time. Quad Lock support doesn't stand behind their so called durable action sports products and will only offer a 20% discount for a new product that will do the same thing. This is not a normal failure. The whole top of the mount crumbled into 6 pieces with very light use.

Best Mount Out There

Prompt delivery. Amazingly simple to fit. Best solution I've come across. Cannot ty enough.
Ive got a bike that has GPS functionality but in the UK not compatibility. Tried various options, even purchased a second screen, to find the installation to be extremely difficult.
Finally succumb to the multiple word of mouth referrals for Quad Lock.
And cannot believe I didn't listen before.
Amazing options, functionality, ty ty so much.

Generally happy, but extortionate anti-theft screws

I've ordered quite a few products from Quadlock, and am generally happy with them. The products are fairly expensive, and I'm not uncomfortable with that, but the reason for the low score is the extortionate price for the anti-theft screws for the bike mount - £13 for a few screws is outrageous, and I was only prepared to pay as my previous mount had been stolen. Given the mount is normally £30 surely screws could be included?

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had

Quad Lock markets itself as a premium brand, but my experience with their wireless CarPlay adaptor shows that when something goes wrong, they have absolutely no interest in standing behind their products.

After the adaptor developed faults, I contacted Quad Lock expecting a repair or replacement — a reasonable expectation for an expensive in-car electronics product marginally outside its warranty period. Their final response was dismissive: 20% off a future purchase or nothing. No repair. No replacement. No attempt to actually resolve the issue.

This isn’t customer support — it’s a discount voucher designed to shift the cost of their faulty product back onto the customer.

What makes this worse is that this is not a trivial accessory. A wireless CarPlay adaptor either works or it doesn’t, and when it fails, Quad Lock’s position appears to be that you’re simply out of luck.

Plenty of companies encounter product issues. Good companies fix them. Quad Lock just fobs you off and hopes you’ll spend more.

If you’re considering the Quad Lock wireless CarPlay adaptor because of the brand’s “premium” reputation, be warned: once there’s a problem, you’re on your own. I won’t be buying from Quad Lock again and would strongly advise others to think twice.
