Frankie attended, punctually, at a time convenient to us and did a great job replacing our kitchen taps at reasonable cost. We were impressed with his efficiency, professionalism and friendliness and would have no hesitation in contacting him in future if, and when, we are in need of plumbing services.

Frank is a very knowledgeable at his job, I am very happy with how he fit the bathroom and kitchen taps leaving no messy, he is very good at cleaning up after each job. I was very impressed how quickly he conducted the fault finding when an old pipe repositioned and water filled on the floor, he did not charge any extra. His standard charge covered it all. To wrap it up he is a very friendly tradesman who turned up as planned, and his communication and ability to accommodate unforseen adjustments during the job were excellent throughout the completion of the job. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a trusted plumber. Satisfied Customer Ashford Kent.

I needed a fowl water pipe under sink in bathroom removed and the pipes capped as well as investigating and fixing the source of a bad smell. This job was done perfectly and I found Frank exceptionally professional with a very pleasent nature. Also very good value for money. Would not hesitate to use these services again.

Frank Luck Plumber Water Softner installation
I decided to go for the filtered water and the water softner. My eldest daughter has eczema so it will be a good investment in general for the soft water as i have hard water in Chafford Hundred. Booked in for today, now i had Frank Luck come around to install the Water Softner and the filtered water, what an amazing individual, not many like him around. This gentleman was so polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He was playful with my 2 daughters and was professional every step of the way. Answered all my questions and he went above and beyond with all the neat plumbing installation. Also changed my old leaking stop cock which i was unaware of without charging me more than the initial quote. Frank is an expert and i really recommend Frank to anyones houses / apartments for installation. He made the entire process comfortable and a pleasant experience. 5 STARS to Franky!

Frankie and Jo did some leak repair and an outdoor tap installation for us. Very professional and friendly. Did a thorough job, as well. Would definitely recommend, and we will be contacting them again in the future plumbing works.

Outstanding professional service!

Frankie Came out of hours and investigated a bad leak within half an hour of a phone call. Isolated the problem quickly and came back the following day with the parts to replace and repair. We have a lot of plumbing work that needs doing and will not be contacting anyone else.

I messaged Quadrant Plumbing very late on a Bank Holiday weekend due to a leak. They were more than happy to come and see me late in the evening. However, we decided it could wait until the morning so they booked me in for a 10am appointment. Quadrant Plumbing quoted me a fantastic quote to repair the leak and fixed it very quickly. I don’t think I would have got that service from anyone else as perfect as this especially on a Bank Holliday weekend so I massively recommend. Thank you so much!

We had an outside tap fitted, and after looking around at different prices these where the best and glad we did they did a Fantastic job professionally done really friendly and wouldn't use anyone else from now on
