Great product, great customer service …
There was a slight hiccup at the start of the process, but once I contacted Quadro everything was sorted out quickly and smoothly. The product itself is fantastic.

Fast delivery. Well made - fits together easily and colours look good in the garden! Looking forward to years of use by granddaughter - just like my own children had years of use of theirs (which we passed on to another family - wish we'd kept it now).

A gift that can be enjoyed for years
I bought a large set for my kids 40 years ago and the experience was so good and memorable that my daughter and I decided to buy a set for my grand kids last year. It become more colorful, but remain very sturdy. The toddlers enjoy playing very much, even though we only put up a one panel slide.

Very disappointed! Three packages ordered, only two packages arrived.
ENGLISH:
From my order (DS-73754) of the EVOLUTION HOME kit, and two add-ons (MODULAR RUTSCHE HOME & PLATTENSET XXL HOME) I have only received the Evolution kit and the slide. The plate set extension never arrived.
After contacting Quadro, all I got was a defiant and dismissive statement that everything was handled, with no further support. Just disgusting customer service at the prices this company charges. As parents, we have enough on our plate to have to deal with outrageous companies and fight to get our orders delivered.
My advice, don't waste your time and money! Don't buy anything from QuadroShop! Avoid at all costs!

Sehr Enttäuscht! Drei Pakete bestellt, nur zwei Pakete angekommen.
Von meiner Bestellung (DS-73754) des EVOLUTION HOME Baukastens, und zwei Erweiterungen (MODULARRUTSCHE HOME & PLATTENSET XXL HOME) have ich nur den Evolution Baukasten und die Rutsch geliefert bekommen. Das Plattenset ist nie bei mir angekommen.
Nachdem ich mich mit Quadro in Verbindung gesetzt hatte, gab es bloß eine trotzige Aussage, dass alles abgewickelt sei, ohne weiteren Support. Einfach widerlicher Kundenservice, bei den Preisen die diese Firma fordert. Als Eltern haben wir schon genug um die Ohren um uns noch extra mit unverschämten Unternehmen auseinander setzten zu müssen, und um die Lieferung unserer Bestellungen zu kämpfen.
Mein Rat, verliert nicht eure Zeit und euer Geld! Bloß nichts von QuadroShop kaufen! Um jeden Preis vermeiden!
