Dryer vent cleaning
There was a problem with the initial visit. But Quality Air fixed the problem immediately. I would have given 5 stars if they didn't have to come out again. Everyone I came in contact with-techs, office-were all polite and helped get the issue resolved. I will still use them again.

I believe Quality Air does a good job…
I believe Quality Air does a good job cleaning the vents and ducts. The vent covers are not cleaned and I found that I had to remove the ones that I could reach to wipe them down, this would be a nice thing to add to the overall cleaning. Also I had to vacuum the floors as there was dust balls and dirt left behind.
But overall I'm satisfied with the cleaning and would use them again.

I have no complaints other than when I used you 2 years ago, I didn't have to pay extra for dryer vent cleaning and deodorant freshener. I realize prices have gone up, however, it felt like "5 and diming" for the extras. you should have senior discounts, which would have helped. Other than that, it was a job well done.

The air duct and dryer vent cleaning was very thorough. The 2 men doing the job were knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly.I would have given a 5 star rating but 36 hours after the job was finished I noticed 2 dead spots in my lawn where the gas powered vacuum had been set up.I would suggest using a board or something similar to protect the lawn from possible gasoline spills.
