Good morning this is the link that I received before booking the company but I don’t think this is the actual company that even came to our house yesterday could someone from the management office please give me a call?
I feel like I might’ve been scammed the reviews are great I was told that I was going to receive before and after pictures I did not, the tech showed up to our house he had no name tag, no identification, no receipt, no way of us knowing who he worked for and what company he was with. He did have equipment which is why I let him in the house but I am still not 100% sure that this is the same company that was advertised to me please give me a call. 407-508-4534

THEY ARE GREAT!
We had our ducts / vents thoroughly cleaned today. The same technician had been to our house the last time and was very professional and efficient. He was appropriately masked and booted and moved carefully through the house. After he left there was no indication that a serviceman had been in the house -- everything was left clean and undisturbed. The name Quality Air says it all ... they really do quality work efficiently and responsibly. We will use them again!

Great job. Furnace is MUCH quieter & I’m hoping furniture won’t get dusty as quickly. Recognizing it was cold & wet outside, I still was disappointed in the shoe prints all over my wood floors.

Excellent service exceeded my expectations
The technician was on time; was very pleasant; protected my carpets; answered all of my questions; explained the procedure he would follow, and most important extracted an amazing amount of dust from my vents ( I was kind of embarrassed!). The price was fair and I will definitely call Quality Air Duct Cleaners for any future needs.

The price is good but I was disappointed there was no camera option to see the after clean picture. I wasn’t able to see how much dust was collected. They don’t offer yearly furnace cleaning
