As well it is great that he help me with the toilet paper holder to get these to Austria.
The supervision of the MTI bathtub was as well very good, here the supplier MTI should provide better installation instructions and informations about this bathtub but this is nothing Akiva can change or influence.

Akiva was so helpful getting me the info I needed about one of the drains offered with the tub I purchased, along with helping me get the right drain purchased as well-we needed to get things done quickly and it made all the difference!

As far as I'm concerned this company is all Josh! Those 5 stars are for Josh Fischi.
I called him with an order that needed to be rushed. He was polite, cheerful and helpful on the phone and placed my order right away. We discussed expediting costs and I paid for the rush delivery. Then he called back a few days later to say that he could send the fixture more quickly than expected and offered to return my expediting fee. Which he did, promptly. And the fixture arrived ahead of schedule!
I would hands down recommend Quality Bath as long as Josh is at the helm!

I purchased a plumbing part that I ultimately had to return due to a size miscalculation by my plumber. Quality Bath’s customer service for the pricing, order and shipping information, as well as guidance through the return process, was excellent. There is a restocking fee but it was clearly communicated and there were no issues. Thank you Aron and Ruthie!
