I found Quality Car Finder through a search engine and it seemed like the ideal solution for finding our next car. There’s always a matter of trust when dealing with people over the internet, especially when potentially large sums of money are involved, but I thought it worth a shot. Cris and team more than repaid our trust - we knew what car we wanted, and Cris was able to find one that fitted the bill perfectly - even in a preferred colour - auction grade 2 and good mechanical report. He got the car in, got it fully serviced (the garage even phoned previous servicing garages to find if anything had been missed in past services and sorted that too), cam belt / aux belt / water pump / discs & pads, advisory free MOT, sorted some minor paint chips and delivered it to us, all under budget too. In fact all that was done for a decent chunk less than price guides suggest the retail price of the car should be. Cris was helpful throughout the process and kept us fully informed at all stages. I'd like to thank Cris and the team at Quality Car Finder for all their help. It was an absolutely effortless experience for me. I had a rough idea what I was looking for and Cris patiently gave me some suggestions. I'd already figured out a budget and Cris worked to that exactly. What was brilliant, though, was the end-to-end experience. For example, he was concerned the car might need a new fan belt (given age/mileage) and when it arrived, his team checked it out - and yes, it did. Replaced. I didn't lift a finger other than to reply "oh, great!" by WhatsApp. One new tyre was required... but I suggested getting all four replaced. Sure thing: Cris fixed it. MOT? Sorted. Road tax? Done. Chris was fantastic in being able to accommodate fairly specific requirements while offering as much or as little advise as was desired to evaluate available options and make decisions. He kept us in the loop with possibilities that came up for auction, and we bought just the car we wanted at a good price within weeks. I was looking for cars like every one else. Checked the best online sites. Checking many things about the car before going to see it and once I go there to see it I would not able to buy it for many reasons. Even pushed budgets higher and started plan for a loan on the car I was to purchase which was not a good option for me. Seem like the process of finding a car was becoming daunting. Then through a friend I was recommended Quality Car Finder and I truly have too say I got a really good deal through them and over all experience was very good and safe. They answered all my questions and doubt. They were clear and transparent about the process. They would be getting it from an auction for me and I need to pay for that. Their experience in getting cars, knowing when to go for a car and when not to is too good. I got a really good car within my budget.

You give them a brief and a budget, they find you a car, bid on it, collect it, check it over, and get work done (if required) at trade prices. Everything is totally transparent, no hidden costs or huge mark-ups, just an agreed fee, which is still cheaper than retail prices.

I can’t recommend QCF highly enough. My dealings with Cris Pearce have, to date, been excellent. His communication has been first class, whether it was returning a call, replying to an email, or answering one of my many queries promptly by WhatsApp. Sadly, I have been let down and ripped off in the past which, I am sorry to say, has made me somewhat suspicious and untrusting. However, dealing with Cris at Quality Car Finder was a real pleasure that ended up with me buying a car that I was very happy with, and at a price lower than I could have bought it for elsewhere.
I would certainly use his services again in the future.

Basically I was after a good deal on an estate car no more than 4 years old. Even in this time of somewhat variable car prices. Cris found me a cracking deal on an Avensis, taking advantage of the credit card guarantee to ensure all my money is secure (Im sure he can explain more), he bid on it and won. He got it prepared, my choice of all season tyres fitted and a full 12m MOT put on it. It was an easy stress free experience and now I look out the window and smile at my new car for both having a new car, and the bargain I got!

Great service, sourced a commercial van to convert to a beach van from Manchester dealt with all aspects from servicing and repairs, to door-door delivery (270 miles away). Hassle free, dealt with the entire process, was a complete package!
