Robbers

Quality Car Parts and Parts City are the same bloke. Robbers, shysters. Deal with him at your own risk. Lost over $500 with these people. According to the statistics you have almost one in four chance of getting screwed by this bloke.Parts City and Quality Car Parts and associated car parts websites are the same bloke. Although some customers get their order, many customers get shafted. This bloke is a crook. According to published statistics almost one third of his clients have been swindled. They have my money (over $500) and after advising me to return the goods they kept both. They have a stock response to complaints which is simply a diversion to leave a good impression without actually doing anything to resolve the matter. They are internet experts creating financial theft. Despite the times they get it right, you have a nearly one in four chance of getting shafted. Stay away. Shop with a reliable supplier elsewhere.

Sells items not in stock. Won't refund your money

Ordered a part online and website stated that stock was in Sydney.
I paid extra for expedited shipping and days later I had received no tracking info. Rang the mobile number provided and got no answer. Sent three emails to the Customer service email and got no reply. Finally got hold of them by phone only to be told there is no stock in Sydney and that there would be no stock for two months. Requested a refund that was ignored and have rung this guy every day since and still have not received my refund. Do not purchase from this company. He is a crook and a fraud. Now I am chasing my refund from Paypal.

No response. No refund

Incorrect part shipped, part immediately returned at my expense. Zero response from seller to numerous texts and emails. NO REFUND after 6 weeks.
