Our initial call with Jennifer was helpful, reassuring and friendly when we were learning more about the process and when to schedule an inspection.

On the day, Steve was on time, communicated clearly what he would do and asked relevant questions. The checks and tasks were comprehensive and recorded through a variety of methods. He was all done within a couple of hours but did not rush and the report was thorough, clear and detailed. It was helpful for both ourselves and the developers to refer back to to ensure all issues were resolved satisfactorily.

An amazing incredibly polished and professional service from Steve. The report I was sent, the drone video of the roof and gutters and the heat sense video gave me total confidence that the house had been snagged incredibly well. I highly recommend so I recommended Steve to all my new neighbours.

Steve completed a high quality and easy to read detailed snagging report on a New Build property in May. QCI were easy to communicate both before and after alongside including services national firms charge extra for like thermal imaging.
They haven't just done a nice report and that's it, but followed up ensuring progress had been made. As first time buyers it gave us reassurance that the house was well built.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I contacted Steve about problems I have had we a new tarmac driveway that a local builder has carried out for me. Although this is not a new build that I needed snagging which is what QCI usually do they still agreed to help me which was greatly appreciated and were very precise with a quick turnaround. I purchased 2 new builds last year one of which is still having snagging issues sorted out now. I wish I had heard of QCI sooner

The guys at QCI were great, on time, easy to deal with and extremely professional.

The inspector(Steve) found a number of issues that would have caused me problems further on down the line. There is a number of minor issue but some quite substantial. I was a bit reluctant to pay for this kind of inspection as being a DIY geek I thought I would spot anything that was not right/unacceptable. How wrong could I be, I was shocked with the findings.

QCI have produced a report I can use to ensure that the issue are rectified under the warranty and not at our cost further on down the line.

I would highly recommend anyone buying a new home or even looking at building extensions to at least speak to the team at QCI.

We was really pleased with the service we received from Quality Check Inspectors.

The communication from start to finish was fantastic and Steve was able to come out to us on a sunday afternoon, which we preferred.

On the day, Steve was promt and got to work finding many snags that we had never noticed before. He was very friendly and was happy to answer any questions we raised.

He gave us clear directions on how to move forward with the snag report, which was sent over to us within a couple of days.

We will definitely recommend to others and use again if we buy another new build.

We purchased our new build late 2021 and identified a few issues. We had great difficulty in getting the developer to rectify these ‘snags’ so sought out professional assessment before our warranty expired.
Steve was approachable yet professional and made us feel our concerns were valid.
The report was very detailed and gave a varied approach including heat sensor assessment for our windows and doors and drone imagery for a Birds Eye view.
Due to Steve’s in-depth report our building developers have now agreed to resolve all issues.

A drone was used which provided clear pictures and videos of areas we would be unable to see e.g. apex of roof, tiles, guttering etc, and full explanation of findings given.

As first-time buyers we didn't know much about the house we were looking to buy. A friend mentioned about Steve and his wealth of knowledge around building sites. We reached out to Steve for help, a day later he came and checked the entire house over. He made us aware of exterior, gutters, drainage and interior problems. After all the issues were sorted with the property, we have been more than pleased with the outcome. Anyone needing any help with building inspections then look no further.
