I have been using QCT for a couple of years now. Mark Batch is my go to person for very competitive prices. The drivers are very friendly and helpful. I arrange community trips ( I am not a tour operator or a business ) Mark goes out of his way to ensure I get a great price. The coaches are well maintained and clean. It's been a pleasure dealing with Mark. I always shop around after getting a quote from Mark and 9 times out of 10 I will come back and accept Mark's quote. I look forward to continuing to hire coaches from QCT. I have given a well deserved 5 stars.

Great coach company to book with. They offered competitive prices and had availability when we were struggling to find a coach company.
We had a confirmation email 24 hours before day of the trip.
Drivers were super friendly and arrived on time.

The booking was super easy, the driver came nice and early and introduced himself to the office.
The coach was luxurious, and clean.
Students and staff felt completely safe. Staff said how pleasant the driver was and that nothing was too much trouble.

Our Coach transfers to Stansted Airport and back were on time, really comfortable coach transfer, and on the return journey the drive noted early to take a different route home due to traffic which saved us a lot of time. Would definitely use again for any future trips.

Could not rate this company highly enough!
I was in need of transport to and from Cheltenham races at reasonably last minute considering how prestigious the gold cup is!
Not only was Mark able to find me transport at last minute, but he also beat the price of any I had enquired with.
Will definitely be using again and recommending to anyone who asks!
